I really enjoyed Jason’s visit. He is a very pleasant , friendly and competent technician , and was very thorough in his inspection and any adjustments that were needed . He replaced the filter, and checked out the new humidity system installed last year.
In fact we found that he had been one of he original installers of this furnace as his name is right there in the casing!
I have every confidence in his work, and both he and Shaun C are always welcome here .
There is no doubt that your technicians are A+ professionals.

I had a great and professional experience with Furnasman. My furnace had a bad gas valve and my technician, Kyle S. was able to diagnose it quickly. The part needed to be sourced out as my furnace is an older model, so two business days later the initial technician was able to promptly install an updated valve and get my home warm again. Much appreciated.

Rene was excellent to deal with. After I raised concerns about the hot water tank sizing at one of my rental properties, he responded quickly, reviewed everything, and made it right. The company is now replacing the unit to ensure it’s properly sized for the home.

Excellent service! Jeff F. arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My home is warm again, and I truly appreciate Jeff's great work. Highly recommend!

Amazing, Thankful and Professional are words that I would use to describe Furnasman and their staff. We had the great opportunity to be gifted with a new furnace from Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning. It was a Goodman 2 stage unit that not only works great, but is much quieter than our old furnace and keeps the house at a steadier temperature. the amazing part of this is that when the crew arrived for the installation, we could not have gotten any better service. Upon arrival, they laid down a floor cover to avoid damaging or messing up the floors. They were very kind and polite to our family and from start to finish, not only made the installation seem like a walk in the park, but also caught something that could have caused us problems down the road. The new Goodman furnace, runs great and works soo much better than I could have expected. As I said, even at the end of the installation when the gas and power were turned back on, Eric had noticed our natural gas hot water tank was not operating as best it could (and it's only 3-4 years old). He asked one of their other staff to swing by and check it for us. That check up might have saved us down the road. He did find an issue and corrected it for us (So Thankful!). As I said, this was an AMAZING level of service and professionalism and would like to Thank Eric, Domenic and Cian as well as Renee for the great service and a great product! It was, a great time to call Furnasman! Thanks guys, you all did an Amazing job! 5+ Stars out of 5.

Jason C. came to my home and was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and it was obvious right away that he really knows his craft. He took the time to explain what he was doing in a clear, straightforward way and made sure everything was done properly. I felt confident the entire time that the job was in very capable hands.
Beyond the quality of the work itself, Jason’s attitude and attention to detail really stood out. He was respectful of my home, efficient without feeling rushed, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He represents his company extremely well, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

My furnace suddenly stopped working due to a condensation build-up, and I had no idea what was going on until I called Furnaceman. Their after-hours technician, Shaun Collao, arrived and delivered a truly outstanding service. He took his time to explain everything he was doing, walked me through the issue in a way I could understand, and educated me on how to prevent it in the future.
Shaun got my furnace up and running super fast and was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire visit. I’m extremely grateful for his help and highly impressed with the quality of service.
I highly recommend Furnaceman and especially Shaun for anyone needing reliable furnace repair or expert guidance. Absolutely five-star service!

Finally I got the chimney liner installed by Ricky. Now all work done and overall I am very much satisfied with Furnasman.
I got the new furnace installed today by Furnasman. I am happy seeing the result. Bradley and his team installed it. Very Professional and knowledgeable. patiently explained all the details about the process. decided to stick with Furnasman for any future maintenance.

Have had Curtis from Furnasman coming to the house for 4 years now. He does annual inspections/checkups on the furnaces and air conditioning units and the gas fireplace. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and friendly. If you call Furnasman, make sure to ask for him. Curtis is also very tidy and will make sure he cleans up after each inspection, you wouldn’t know he was at the house. Great Guy working for Furnasman.

Shaun S. Was so professional and so helpful telling me what was wrong with my furnace and showing me how to avoid this in the future. I couldn’t remember the last time it was maintained and he offered maintenance on it at a set price and I sure do appreciate him for doing that. A very good experience with Furnasman and very reasonably priced. I can’t thank them enough.
